Good work is independent of disabilities, nationalities, age or gender. We're all part of the Infrabel family. We are Infrabel!
For several years our company culture has been based on inclusion, with extra attention to equality between men and women.
We also find it important that our colleagues can be themselves in the workplace. In this context we combat all forms of discrimination and have set up 4 working groups (gender equality, multiculturalism, people with disabilities and the LGBTI community).
